If you find yourself in Kilimani, you absolutely must make a stop at Papparoti Brasserie located in The Circle Mall. I visited this cafe around 3 PM on a sunny Saturday, and it turned out to be one of the best dining experiences I've had in a while!
As soon as I walked in, the warm and inviting ambience made me feel right at home. The decor is modern yet cozy, perfect for both casual meet-ups and more intimate gatherings. I was greeted by the friendly staff, and I could instantly tell that the service at Papparoti is top-notch.
I ordered the famous coffee-caramel-coated bun, and let me tell you, the hype is real! It was soft, fluffy, and coated perfectly, delivering a sweet and slightly salty flavor that was absolutely divine. As someone who enjoys unique flavors, this bun was a delight. The price of the bun is incredibly reasonable considering the quality—it's a treat you simply cannot miss!
While I was indulging in my bun, I couldn’t help but notice how attentive the staff were. Fridah was my server, and she genuinely made the experience even more enjoyable. Her hospitality was truly exceptional; she ensured I was comfortable and checked on me regularly without being intrusive. She even made great recommendations based on my tastes!
Aside from the bun, I also tried their Aglio E Olio, which was superb and packed with flavors. For just 1,300 KES, it was a steal for the portion size and quality! The garlic and olive oil blend was expertly done, making each bite a delightful experience. The entire dining atmosphere enhanced the enjoyment of the meal.
