Last Saturday, I found myself at The Daily Cafe & Bistro located on United Nations Avenue in Gigiri, Nairobi. My visit was mid-morning, around 10 AM, and it turned out to be a delightful experience that I simply must share!
The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the warm aroma of freshly brewed coffee mingling with the scent of tantalizing pastries. The cozy ambiance, complete with inviting decor, made it an ideal spot to unwind. I found a nice little corner table and settled in, eager to explore the menu.
The selection at The Daily Cafe & Bistro truly caters to a variety of tastes. After some deliberation, I opted for their Spinach and Feta Quiche, which was priced at KES 450. I also couldn’t resist ordering a Cappuccino to complement my meal at just KES 300.
When my order arrived, I was absolutely thrilled. The quiche was generously filled with fresh spinach and creamy feta, all nestled in a perfectly flaky crust. It was delicious! The Cappuccino was wonderfully rich with a smooth texture, and the latte art on top was a lovely touch that showcased the barista’s skills. Speaking of which, I want to give a shoutout to Daniel, my waiter, who was incredibly attentive and made sure I had everything I needed during my meal.
As I savored my food, I couldn’t help but notice how the cafe was bustling with energy. Other patrons were enjoying a variety of items, from vibrant salads to decadent pastries. I overheard a few conversations praising the Blueberry Muffins, which I will certainly be trying on my next visit!
Overall, my experience at The Daily Cafe & Bistro was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of great food, outstanding service, and a charming atmosphere made for a perfect morning.
