Recently, I had the pleasure of stopping by Lexo Energy, located right at Eldoret Station, Eldoret, Kenya. I visited in the early afternoon, around 2 PM, and it was a delightful experience that I couldn't wait to share.
From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff at Lexo made me feel welcomed. Their attitude was not just professional but genuinely warm. As I approached the fuel pump, one attendant, whose name I didn't catch, greeted me with a smile and guided me on how the process works. It’s clear that the team here is trained to serve customers well.
While I was there, I decided to fuel up my vehicle, opting for their premium fuel, which was competitively priced. I was impressed with how smoothly everything went; the entire refueling process was quick and efficient. It's evident that Lexo Energy prioritizes modernisation, making it convenient for travellers like myself to refuel without unnecessary delays.
What stood out even more were the additional services available at the petrol station. While waiting for my tank to fill, I explored their convenience shop, which is filled with a wide range of products. I picked up a refreshing drink and some snacks—all at reasonable prices. This was a fantastic bonus, as I could stock up on essentials during my short stop.
However, I did notice some constructive feedback from previous customers regarding the entrance and exit areas. There were a few potholes that seemed to affect some vehicles, including mine. A quick fix to these would make the overall experience even better, as maintaining the smooth flow of traffic can enhance customer satisfaction.
Overall, my experience at Lexo Energy was quite positive. The only issue I observed was that there were moments when the pump attendants seemed to switch shifts, which could cause some confusion for customers. Despite that minor detail, the quality of service offered here remains excellent.
In my opinion, Lexo Energy is setting a new standard for petrol stations not only in Eldoret but across East Africa. Their commitment to a premium experience cannot be overstated. I would highly recommend anyone passing through Eldoret to stop in. Fueling was a breeze, and the customers are treated very well.
