During my recent visit to Papparoti Brasserie located in the Broadwalk Mall, Ojijo Road, Nairobi, I had my expectations exceeded. I arrived around 2 PM, eager to taste their famous coffee-caramel-coated bun and explore the rest of their delightful menu. As I walked in, I was immediately welcomed by the warm atmosphere and friendly faces of the staff.
One of the standout aspects was the exceptional customer service provided by Lilian. Her radiant smile made us feel valued as she guided us through the menu with impressive knowledge. I couldn’t resist trying the Halluomi Sandwich, priced at 1100 KES. The sandwich was generously filled and bursting with flavor, making it a fantastic choice!
While indulging in the delicious Halluomi Sandwich, I also ordered a Double Cream Penne for 1300 KES, which was creamy and comforting, leaving me wanting more. Every bite of the food was a treat, showcasing the care and attention that the chefs put into their dishes. For those who enjoy greens, I highly recommend trying their Garden Vegetable Salad, priced at 1450 KES, which is fresh and paired perfectly with any meal.
Now, let’s talk about the highlight of my experience—Lilian. From our arrival, her attentive and professional service transformed the ordinary dining experience into something magical. She anticipated our needs and ensured that we were well taken care of throughout our meal. It’s truly rare to find someone who combines warmth with efficiency, and Lilian is a prime example of what top-notch service should be.
Additionally, the ambiance at Papparoti Brasserie is simply delightful. The interior is perfectly designed to create a relaxed atmosphere, making it an ideal spot to unwind, whether alone or with friends. You can also pair your meal with some of their exquisite drinks, as I did. The coffee was delightful, easily outshining many I’ve tasted, even in coffee-rich Melbourne, Australia!
This experience was capped off with some of the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had—rich, creamy, and utterly satisfying. It’s a must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth.
