Last Saturday evening, I had the pleasure of dining at the Three Star Hotel in Eunicemutisya, and I can confidently say that it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, the welcoming ambiance set the stage for an incredible meal.

I opted for the indoor dining option this time, eager to taste some of the quality dishes the hotel is famous for. As I settled in, I was greeted by one of the waiters, John, whose attentive service made me feel well taken care of throughout the evening.
The menu at Three Star Hotel boasts a variety of options, but I decided to try their roasted chicken with garlic mashed potatoes ($18). The chicken was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, juicy and bursting with flavor. Paired with the creamy mashed potatoes, it was a delightful combination that left me craving more.
While I was savoring my meal, I overheard a group at the next table discussing their experience with the hotel’s outside catering service for a wedding. They mentioned the seafood platter ($25) as a highlight of the event, praising the freshness and variety it offered. It’s always a good sign when food evokes such wonderful memories; I made a mental note to consider their catering service for my future events!
As my meal came to an end, I couldn’t resist trying their signature dessert – the chocolate lava cake ($8). The warm, gooey center paired with vanilla ice cream was the perfect sweet note to conclude my dinner experience.
