Discovering Affordable Delights at Testing Agent Sigun in Lekki Phase 1

Having recently moved to Lekki Phase 1, I’ve been on the hunt for local gems, and I stumbled across Testing Agent Sigun. Touted as a go-to tappi merchant, I was intrigued to see what they had to offer. I visited on a sunny Saturday afternoon, eager to try their highly-reviewed products.

As I stepped inside, I was greeted by a warm atmosphere and the delightful aroma of freshly made food. The space was vibrant, with friendly staff buzzing around, but one attendant stood out: Chika. A review I read before visiting praised Chika for her attentiveness and genuine friendliness, and I was pleased to find that the claims were true. She welcomed me with a smile and patiently explained the menu.

I decided to try the Fried Yam with Pepper Sauce (₦800). It was sizzling when it arrived at my table, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. The pepper sauce was the perfect blend of spicy and tangy, enhancing the dish beautifully. I can see why this has been a favorite for many customers!

Next up was the Jollof Rice and Grilled Chicken (₦1,500). The aroma wafting from the dish was enough to make my mouth water. The rice was perfectly cooked, each grain flavorful and well-seasoned, reminiscent of family gatherings where food was the centerpiece. The grilled chicken was juicy and had just the right amount of char. Between the ambiance and the dishes, I was starting to feel like I’d discovered a hidden treasure.

To top off my meal, I ordered a Fresh Fruit Juice (₦600). This was the ideal refresher, bursting with seasonal fruits that left me feeling rejuvenated. Chika even suggested a mix of pineapple and ginger, which was an excellent choice!

One of the strongest points that numerous reviewers emphasized was the affordability of the meals. For the quality and flavor that Testing Agent Sigun offers, I definitely felt like I was getting a great deal. The total for my feast came to just ₦2,900, making it not only delicious but also kind on the wallet.

I wrapped up my meal and bid farewell to Chika, thanking her for the exceptional service. I left with a full stomach and a smile on my face, already planning my next visit to explore more of their menu. Overall, my experience at Testing Agent Sigun was delightful; the service, atmosphere, and delectable food made it truly enjoyable. If you’re in Lekki Phase 1 and looking for affordable tappi delights, I cannot recommend them enough!
