As a frequent traveler through Mwingi, I often find myself stopping at various fuel stations, but my recent experience at Lexo Energy Mwingi Service Station was truly noteworthy. I visited the station around 3 PM and was pleasantly surprised by the modern facilities and welcoming atmosphere.
Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, which set the tone for my visit. The customer service was simply stellar; the attendants were not only polite but also highly efficient. I had the pleasure of interacting with one particular attendant whose name I forgot, but their dedication made my fueling experience enjoyable.
While I was there to refuel, I noticed a variety of products available for purchase. I couldn’t resist trying their premium fuel, which is said to be long-lasting. After hearing a couple of other customers rave about the quality of the fuel, I decided to fill my tank with it at a reasonable price of 120 KES per litre. In relation to their service, I must say that you're such a good company with legit fuel that lasts long!
Additionally, I was impressed by the organization of the team working at Lexo Energy. They exhibited excellent teamwork, making sure that every customer was attended to promptly. One customer mentioned, “The works are co-operative, active, efficient, hard-working but they are Kenyans,” which perfectly encapsulates the commendable efforts of the staff.
Even though I had to wait briefly—one customer humorously remarked, “I was left on the line waiting to be fueled😭but I forgive n forget”—the positive energy of the place made the wait feel shorter. The staff’s dedication makes me want to fuel here again, and I have made a mental note to return on my next trip to Mwingi.
Overall, my experience at Lexo Energy Mwingi was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of great customer service, high-quality fuel, and a well-organized team made my stop there worthwhile.
