As a road warrior who frequently travels through Eldoret, Kenya, I cannot commend Lexo Energy enough for their outstanding service. During my latest visit last week around 3 PM, I stopped to refuel my vehicle and was greeted by a team of friendly attendants eager to assist. The overall experience was nothing short of exceptional.
The moment I arrived, I noticed how modern and well-equipped the station was. Despite some reviews mentioning concerns about the entrance and exit area due to potholes, I found the refueling process smooth and hassle-free. Yes, there are some rough patches, but they didn’t affect my experience significantly.
After filling my tank with their premium fuel, which I believe was around 150 KES per liter, I decided to grab a quick snack from their convenience store. I opted for a delicious sandwich, which was fresh and flavorful. It truly hit the spot after a long drive!
While there, I met a fantastic attendant named Peter, who not only helped me with my refueling but also shared some insights about their top-notch customer service. He made the entire experience feel personalized, and his enthusiasm was truly infectious.
What impressed me most was the emphasis on quality service; every single staff member I interacted with seemed dedicated to making the customer experience one to remember. One customer I spoke with echoed this sentiment, stating, 'They are treating us well..I love it..it offers us so much!' Clearly, Lexo Energy takes customer satisfaction seriously.
Of course, like any establishment, there are areas for improvement. Some customers have expressed their concerns regarding the exchange of pump attendants. It seems like some customers prefer consistency, and that is understandable. However, I felt that the staff were well-trained and efficient, so I didn't experience any significant delays during my visit.
All in all, my experience at Lexo Energy was overwhelmingly positive. The combination of modern facilities, excellent customer service, and convenient snacks made my pit stop a delightful one. I genuinely look forward to fueling up at Lexo every time I pass through Eldoret!
