Last Saturday at around 10 AM, I decided to pay a visit to Jana Coffee Shop located on Othaya Rd, Nairobi, Kenya. As a coffee enthusiast, I've always been on the lookout for places that truly celebrate the amazing flavors Africa has to offer, and Jana did not disappoint!
Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff, especially Lucy, who immediately made me feel at home. The inviting aroma of freshly roasted coffee enveloped me, setting the stage for a delightful experience. I was excited to try their selection of products, and after browsing the menu, I decided to start with their renowned coffee.
I ordered a cup of their house-made brew and found myself savoring the deep, rich flavor—a perfect balance of acidity and sweetness. The coffee was showcased beautifully, and I could tell it was crafted with a great deal of care.
To accompany my coffee, I couldn't resist trying their assorted deli items, which were priced at just KES 200. It was an incredible value for the quality I received! The deli items were fresh, tasty, and perfectly complemented my drink. Whether you’re in the mood for something savory or sweet, their assorted selection makes for a delightful accompaniment.
One of the highlights of my visit was trying their pomegranate juice. Priced at KES 200, it is undoubtedly a refreshing treat! Made from fresh pomegranates, it was sweet and invigorating—a great complement to my coffee experience. The vibrant color and zingy flavor made it clear that this was no ordinary juice. 
Not only was the coffee excellent, but the ambience of Jana Coffee Shop was enchanting. The rustic decor paired with comfortable seating made it an ideal spot for leisurely coffee sipping or even working on my laptop. I could easily see myself spending hours there, enjoying the eclectic paintings that adorned the walls, all while soaking in the energetic vibes of fellow coffee lovers.
