Location: Lagos, Nigeria

What You'll Need

To succeed in this position you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business by identifying and acquiring new customers. You will be responsible for building and managing a sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets

Other requirements include;

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Experience in managing and coaching a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in the technology or digital marketing industry is preferred

What you’ll do

  • Execute a sales strategy to meet revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to close
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral and campaigns
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Provide regular reports to the senior leadership team on sales performance and pipeline
