From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a warm welcome, which set the tone for my visit. The ambience was perfect; it blended a relaxed vibe with a sophisticated flair that made me feel right at home. I decided to try their famous dawa, a local favorite praised by many, and I must say, it lived up to the hype—refreshing and perfectly balanced.
While enjoying my drink, I couldn't resist ordering one of their highly recommended cakes. The cake was simply exquisite, bursting with flavor and delightfully moist. I loved how the ambience of this coffee shop provided such a pleasant escape in the middle of the city. It truly is unparalleled in Nanyuki!

I noticed a bit of discomfort when staff members were mopping the floors while customers were still dining, which could be improved to ensure a more comfortable atmosphere.
Nonetheless, the overall positive vibe and the quality of food and beverages overshadowed these minor mishaps. The staff's warm, friendly attitude truly enhanced my time at Artcaffé, making me feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer wandering in. I appreciated how the staff was genuinely passionate and knowledgeable about the offerings, just as I experienced with Esther and other team members like Joyce and Eva, who were also praised in reviews for their exceptional service.
Capping off my meal with a slice of cake and a cup of high-quality tea was truly a cherry on top. I could see why many reviews highlighted the delectable desserts served here; they are a must-try!
