Last Friday evening, I had the pleasure of dining at Big Square Rupa Mall, a casual dining gem located in Rupa's Mall. As soon as I stepped in, the inviting ambiance and friendly staff welcomed me. The place buzzed with energy, creating the perfect setting for a delightful dining experience.
I decided to try their famous SQUAREMADE burger and a hand-spun shake. Let me tell you, the burger was a culinary masterpiece! The patty was juicy and cooked to perfection, while the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I also ordered a side of fries, but I must say, they could use a little more seasoning to elevate them further.
The service throughout my visit was exceptional. I was fortunate enough to be attended by Monica Kimani, who displayed a level of professionalism and warmth that truly enhanced my experience. She ensured that my needs were met and even provided recommendations on the menu, which I found incredibly helpful.
The highlight of my meal was definitely the shake. It was creamy, rich, and just the right amount of sweet – a perfect complement to the burger. Speaking of drinks, I noticed they also feature a happy hour for sangria starting at 5 PM, which sounds like an ideal way to unwind after a long day. Although my timing didn't align with the hour, I appreciated the tip that Laura offered me about it, showcasing the teamwork among the staff.
In addition to my order, I observed other diners around me relishing their choices. Several tables ordered their renowned fried chicken and BBQ ribs, both of which were praised by fellow patrons for being delicious and filling.
The meal ended on a sweet note with one of their delightful sundaes. While I was thoroughly satisfied after my dinner, I couldn't help but agree with a fellow customer who mentioned that the preparation time for some meals could be a bit long. However, with the quality of food and service, it felt worth the wait.
